By creating an account, browsing the platform, placing an order, registering as a Vendor, registering as a Delivery Partner, or otherwise using EzShops, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies published by EzShops.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of EzShops.

To use EzShops, you must meet the eligibility requirements established by applicable laws and these Terms.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.
• You must not create fake, misleading, or duplicate accounts.
• You must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
• EzShops reserves the right to verify your identity whenever necessary.

EzShops offers separate account types for Customers, Vendors, and Delivery Partners. Each account type provides different services, permissions, and responsibilities.

Every EzShops user shares responsibility for maintaining a secure, trustworthy, and respectful marketplace.

• Keep your password confidential at all times.
• Do not share OTPs with any person.
• Notify EzShops immediately if your account is compromised.
• Do not misuse platform features or attempt unauthorized access.
• Provide truthful information while using EzShops.
• Respect other users and avoid abusive or fraudulent behavior.
• Follow all applicable laws while using our services.

Customers using EzShops agree to use the platform responsibly and only for lawful purchases. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product information, pricing, shipping details, and any applicable policies before completing your purchase.

• Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information.
• Orders may only be cancelled according to the applicable cancellation policy.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchasing.
• Payments must be made using approved payment methods available on EzShops.
• Customers must not misuse refund or return requests.
• Fraudulent purchases or payment disputes may result in account suspension.
• Customers must behave respectfully toward Vendors and Delivery Partners.

Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate product listings, providing quality products, fulfilling customer orders promptly, and complying with all applicable laws and marketplace standards.

• All product information must be accurate and regularly updated.
• Product prices, stock availability, and descriptions must remain truthful.
• Vendors must fulfill confirmed orders within the required timeframe.
• Counterfeit, illegal, dangerous, or prohibited products are strictly forbidden.
• Vendors are responsible for applicable taxes and legal compliance.
• Return and refund requests must be handled fairly and according to EzShops policies.
• Repeated policy violations may lead to temporary suspension or permanent removal.

Delivery Partners play an essential role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining a positive customer experience. By registering as a Delivery Partner, you agree to perform delivery services professionally, safely, and honestly.

• Delivery Partners must provide accurate identity and verification documents.
• Only accepted delivery requests should be handled.
• Orders must be delivered to the correct customer and address.
• Live location may be required while an active delivery is in progress.
• Delivery Partners must treat customers and vendors respectfully.
• Fraudulent deliveries or intentional misconduct are strictly prohibited.
• Delivery earnings are calculated according to the applicable payout policy.

To maintain a secure and trustworthy marketplace, every Customer, Vendor, and Delivery Partner must follow the rules below while using EzShops.

• Respect all users of the platform.
• Do not impersonate another individual or business.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account.
• Do not interfere with platform operations or security.
• Do not upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Do not manipulate ratings, reviews, or order history.
• Do not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
• Follow all applicable laws while using EzShops services.

EzShops provides secure payment methods for Customers, Vendors, and Delivery Partners. All transactions are processed using supported payment providers and are subject to applicable payment policies.

• Customers must use authorized payment methods only.
• Wallet balances may only be used within EzShops where applicable.
• Refunds are processed according to the applicable Refund Policy.
• Failed or cancelled transactions may require additional processing time.
• EzShops may temporarily hold settlements to investigate suspicious activity.
• Users are responsible for ensuring payment information is accurate.

Users must not engage in activities that compromise the integrity, security, or reliability of EzShops.

• Creating fake or duplicate accounts.
• Using stolen payment methods.
• Selling counterfeit or illegal products.
• Uploading viruses or malicious software.
• Attempting unauthorized access to EzShops systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Manipulating ratings, reviews, or order history.
• Using EzShops for unlawful purposes.

EzShops allows Customers, Vendors, and Delivery Partners to deactivate their accounts whenever they choose.

Before an account is deactivated, the account owner must verify their identity by entering their current account password.

EzShops provides a marketplace that connects Customers, Vendors, and Delivery Partners. While we strive to maintain a secure and reliable platform, EzShops does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EzShops shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Your use of EzShops is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

EzShops reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
